Concept
As we see it, leadership is all about facilitating the interactions and evolution of Concepts and Contexts. We believe, it is essential to establish a human-centered, holistic, and long-term approach to this discipline. To nurture this modern leadership culture, we regularly get together to discuss and practice. Imagine this as a sort of a leadership club, where all practitioners come together regularly to share and absorb. Feel free to bring your latest challenge, participate in a simulation or just be a viewer.
Agenda
These are mostly in-person sessions, typically held at a central location in Budapest. During the sessions, we do some or more of the followings:
- Discuss real-life challenges brought by the participants in any field of leadership.
- Listen to a presentation of a topic connected to leadership.
- Do a case-study of something relevant to leaders.
- Openly interview an experienced professional guest who is knowledgeable in a specific field interesting for us.
- Do a facilitated simulation of a challenging leadership situation, where some of the participants engage, others watch and learn.
- Participate in a group simulation where we collectively experience something relevant and discuss our personal insights.
