Servant Knights is an independent leadership Community of Practice thriving to enable people to evolve and help them relentlessly find better methods to transform inspiring ideas into superb products.
We believe, that the act of active creation is by far the best conduit, through which one can experience the richness of life. There is nothing more satisfying, than finding a just cause, team up with enabling allies and using the best techniques available, together forge something tangible, that mirrors the qualities of its inspiring purpose.

The above principle is not just the foundation of our thinking, but also defines the scope of our endeavors too, as we relentlessly search for answers for the following puzzles:

- What are the best techniques and Processes to use to co-create?
- How can you deliver progressively better, more satisfying Products?
The above 4P Concepts are not existing solely on an individual level but they are embedded into broader, collective Contexts, ones we like to call: Culture, Community, Methodology and Experience respectively. We are also very much keen to explore the interconnectedness of these Concepts and Contexts; relations we talk more about in our Philosophy page.
Philosophy
We are firm believers, that in order to understand why something behaves in a certain way, one needs to understand, how it works first. Services
To reflect our philosophy, we offer a range of internal and external facing Services.
- The Transmission services are enabling the flow of information and thoughts into and inside the community.
- The ones we call Activities – such as events, supervisions, workshops, trainings, meetups, etc. – are targeted towards our members, internally.
- While we also have Offerings, which are services offered by the Servant Knights to the rest of the world, externally.

Contact
We are primarily communicating via electronic collaboration tools. Our corner stone is this very website. We post most of our own content here. Regarding teamwork and community activities, we collaborate typically on Slack and regularly post news and other interesting content on our Facebook group.
